Who is it for?
Clients with scalp dandruff, who look for solutions in the salon through professional treatments and at home for maintaining the benefits received in the salon.

Key benefits
Clean, fresh scalp. Clinical tests carried out on 20 volunteers for 1 month (purifying hair cleanser + sos scalp purifying lotion) 70% of volunteers show a reduction in flaking after just one week.

DIRECTIONS

Wash the hair with Eksperience™ Purifying Hair Cleanser.
Towel-dry and then distribute the dandruff scalp treatment onto the scalp only.
Gently massage until completely absorbed.
Do not rinse. Use once or twice a week for 6 weeks.
Repeat this treatment cycle twice a year, when the seasons change.

Collection & Delivery Your parcels are delivered using Line Clear courier services. Currently we only available to ship to Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Unconditional Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item / type / shade / etc. ), you can send it back to us.

Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt. (Kindly snap damaged product photo, original box & Air Waybill)
Items bought during promotional events (e.g. New Year, Christmas, Free Gift Redeem Voucher) are not eligible for return and exchange.

Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.

How can I return my purchase?
